show fault-report

ThiscommanddisplaysthefaultreportcapturedwhentheXSRexperiencesasystemproblem.It
containsinformationthatpinpointsthecauseofthesoftwarefailure.Thisdataishighlytechnical
andisintendedonlyfortheuseofservicesupportengineerstodiagnosetheproblem.
ThefaultreportcanbeviewedinBootrommonitormodeorontheCLI.
IftheXSRexperiencesaprocessorexception,thesoftwarecapturesafaultreportandrestarts
automatically.OnlythefirstfaultreportissavedincaseofmultiplefailuresinaspecialRAMarea
andispreservediftheXSRisrebootedbutislostiftheXSRispowereddown.
Thefaultreportcontainsthefollowingdatarelevanttothefailure:
•Causeofprocessorexception
•Timestamp
• Contentsofprocessorregisters
•Operatingsystemstatus
•Statusoftasks,currenttask(e.g.,crashedtask)
• Contentsofstacks(taskstacks,interruptstack)
•Statusofonespecialtask(packetprocessorbydefault)
•Codearoundthecrashprogramcounter
•Taskmessagequeues
•Memorymanagementstatistics
•Taskstacktracesforalltasks

Watchdog Fault Report

Afaultreportisalsocapturedincaseacatastrophicwatchdoginterruptoccurs.Ifthesoftware
doesnotrefreshthewatchdogforseveralsecondsawatchdogfaultreportiscapturedandtheXSR��
iswarmbooted.Youcanthenexaminethefaultreporttoanalyzetheproblem.
