Theloopbackcellsmonitoranddeclarethecircuitupordownasfollows:
•ThecircuitisUPimmediatelyafterlinetrainingcompletessuccessfully.
•ThecircuitisdeclaredDOWNwhendowncountconsecutiveloopbackresponsecellsare
missed.
•ThecircuitisdeclaredUPwhenupcountconsecutiveloopbackresponsecellsarereceived.
ThiscommandrequiresaproperlyconfiguredATMsubinterface.
