descendingorder.TheXSRselectsthelowestorhighestavailableBchannelstartingateither
channelB1(ascending)orchannelB23foraT1anDchannelB30foranE1(descending).Usethis
commandonlyifyourserviceproviderrequestsittodecreasetheprobabilityofcallcollisions.
