Thiscommandcontrolsdialeraccessbyconfiguringaninterfacetobelongtoaspecificdialing
group.Thisaccessgroupisassociatedwithanaccesslistbythedialer-list command.
Packetswhichmatchthedialergrouptriggeraconnectionrequest.Thatis,thedestinationaddress
ofpacketsisevaluatedagainstoneormoreACLs;ifthepacketspass,eitheracallisinitiated(ifno
connectionwerealreadyestablished)ortheidletimerisreset(ifacallisactive).
