dialer wait-for-carrier-time (map-class dialer configuration)

Thiscommandconfiguresthetimetowaitforacarriersignalassociatedwithaspecificdialermap
class.Dialermapclassesareusedtoconfigurecertaincharacteristicswithdialerstringswhen
configuringdialerports.
