This chapter describes how to program PLC to PLC communications over the Ethernet Network. Details of the COMMREQ function and the Channel commands are pres- ented here. The chapter is divided into 5 sections:

Note

This chapter applies only to PLCs being used as client PLCs to initiate TCP/IP communications. No programming is required for server operation.
