Faded print or white streaks

1Check to see if the toner cartridge is getting low on toner.

2Make sure the media you are using meets HP’s paper specifications (for example, it might be too moist or too rough).

3Toner density setting might need to be adjusted.

4A part of the product might be damaged.See “Managing HP LaserJet toner cartridges” on page 216.

5Adjust the setting from the front panel.

6Contact the HP Customer Care for service.

1Print a few more pages to see if the problem corrects itself.

2Clean the inside of the printer or run a manual cleaning page to clean the fuser.

3Replace the toner cartridge.
