Printing a fax call report

A fax call report is a brief report indicating the status of the last sent or received fax. You can set the fax call report to print automatically. See “Setting when the fax call report prints” on page 45 for more information.

To print a fax call report

1Press ENTER/MENU.

2Use the < or > key to select REPORTS, and then press ENTER/ MENU.

3Use the < or > key to select FAX CALL REPORT, and then press

ENTER/MENU.

4Press ENTER/MENU to select PRINT FAX CALL NOW. The product exits the Menu settings and prints the report.

Setting when the fax call report prints

A fax call report contains information about the last sent or received fax. You can choose to have the report print for one of the following:

lEvery Fax Error (the default)

lSend Fax Error

lReceive Fax Error

lEvery Fax

lSend Fax Only

lNever

If you choose Never, you will have no indication that a fax failed to transmit unless you print a fax activity log.
