As the printer enters HP-GL/2 mode for the first time since ECE, power-on, or control panel reset, all HP-GL/2 variables are at their default settings, as determined by the Picture Presentation Directives (the PCL Picture Frame Size, Picture Frame Anchor Point, and HP-GL/2 Plot Size commands).
