I have installed the CAPI Port Drivers in Windows NT 4.0 Workstation with Service Pack 3. During the software set-up, however, I was not prompted to choose the modem emulation I want. The modem is installed and works. How can I make the dialog appear?

Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 installed does not display the modem emulation selection dialog during the CAPI Port Driver installation:

This combination of Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and Service Pack 3 contains older versions of the MFCxx.DLL files. To solve this problem, first remove the CAPI Port Drivers, then install Service Pack 4 or later, and finally reinstall the CAPI Port Drivers .
