About Motorola Netopia® Documentation

This guide describes the wide variety of features and functionality of the Motorola Netopia® Gateway, when used in Router mode. The Motorola Netopia® Gateway may also be delivered in Bridge mode. In Bridge mode, the Gateway acts as a pass-through device and allows the work- stations on your LAN to have public addresses directly on the Internet.

Motorola, Inc. provides a suite of technical information for its 2200-, 3300- and 7000-series family of intel- ligent enterprise and consumer Gateways. It consists of:

This guide is targeted primarily to residential service subscribers.
