	1- ANNEX_A_6_32 ( ie. 25KHz to 138 KHz)

dying-gasp	Dying Gasp is a message sent from CPE to CO using the indica-
	tor bit. It indicates that the CPE is experiencing an impending
	loss of power.
	Off: Dying Gasp off (don't send a message to CO).
	On: Dying Gasp on.
