Go to the System Administration Top Menu, and type 1-2 (Program - Class of Service) and COS No. (1-62). Select an Intercom Paging Group (1-9) for this COS. If set to Group 9, the Intercom Paging feature is activated for all groups.

From the System Administration Top Menu, type 1-5-7-7 (Program - System Parameter Setting - Others - Intercom Paging Parameters). Adjust the "No Answer Time for Intercom Paging" to your preference (the default is 5 s). For the Intercom Paging Group you selected in Step 1, set the Intercom Paging access code in "Paging Code for Group 1-8" and "Paging Code for All Groups". For example, the access code for external paging by a KX-TA624 PBX is 34.
