C7 CUSTOMIZING THE SYSTEM MANAGER'S MAILBOX

In order to ensure system security, a password must be established consisting of up to 8 numeric characters. Anyone requesting access to the System Manager's service will be required to enter this password before proceeding.

Note

While the System Administrator programs via a computer, this service cannot be accessed and "Sorry, this function is not available." is played.

1.Log in the Main Menu.

2.Press [3] to customize the mailbox. The current setting will be played.

3.Press [1] to change the mailbox password.

4.Type the password and Press [#].

Note

If a password is not needed Press [#]. It is recommended to set the password to maintain security.

5.Press [2] to accept the entry.
