Schedule Menu Setup
The DX4500/DX4600 provides a flexible scheduling feature that allows you to create daily, weekly, and holiday schedules. Recording schedules are easily created for each channel and changed without affecting the schedule of other channels. Up to 10 different holiday schedules can be created. In this case, if a holiday schedule occurs on the same date as a weekday schedule, the holiday schedule will override the weekday schedule. You can also initiate the manual record mode, which takes precedence over the current recording schedule. The DX4500/DX4600 supports copying schedules between channels, days, weekdays, and weekends.
The DX4500/DX4600 supports the five different
•No record (white): The video is displayed, but does not record video.
•Normal (green): The DVR records video data continuously over a
•Alarm (red): The DVR only records video if an alarm event is detected.
•Motion (blue): The DVR only records video if a motion event is detected.
•
–Alarm or motion (yellow): The DVR only records video data if either an alarm or motion event is detected.
–Normal or Alarm (green and red): The DVR records normal video data until an alarm event is detected, and then switches to recording alarm video data.
–Normal or motion (green and blue): The DVR records normal video data until a motion event is detected, and then switches to recording motion video data.
–Normal, alarm, or motion (green and yellow): The DVR records normal video data until an alarm or motion event is detected, and then switches to recording video for the detected event.
1.On the front panel or remote control, press the up/down arrow buttons to highlight the Schedule menu. Using the mouse, click the Schedule menu. The schedule options are displayed.
