Recovering the Administrator Password

To recover the administrator user password, do the following:

1.On the left side of the unit, locate the manufacturer’s serial number.

2.Contact Pelco Product Support with the following information:

a.Manufacturer’s serial number.

b.Current date located on the toolbar.

c.Any additional information requested by Pelco Product Support.

3.To enter the password provided by Pelco Product Support:

a.On the toolbar, click the Login icon . The Login virtual keyboard opens.

b.Enter the password.

c.Click OK.
