About Standard Workflow

Standard Workflow is a feature for users to conveniently operate jobs with pre-arranged task sets called workform. Standard Workflow makes it possible to execute multiple jobs in a single session by defined the job workform. Once you create a workform, you can reuse the same workflow only with one-touch operation.

Favorite Tab

Favorite workform is a shortcut of public or private workform. You can select a frequently-used public or private workform, and then the workform appears on the favorite workform tab.

Note

Fax input workform is automatically executed when receiving fax. Therefore fax input workforms cannot be registered to a favorite workform.

- Execute: Start the job defined in the workform.

Understanding the Standard Workflow Screen

To use the Standard Workflow feature, press Standard Workflow on the Main screen.

Note

To switch to the other display screen, press the left or right arrow on the display screen.

- Type: Shows the workform is locked by the creator or not.

- Name: Shows the workform name.

- Input: Shows the workform’s input module name.
