An extension ring group is a group of local extensions that ring in unison. TalkSwitch supports 10 ring groups with numbers 300 to 309. They are accessible from local extensions and through the auto attendant. By default, extension 300 is configured to ring all extensions.

A phone system with 4 units can support a combination of 32 analog and IP extensions with a maximum of 20 IP extensions.
