To remove the acquisition board

Chapter 6: Replacing Assemblies

1680A,AD-series disassembly/assembly

7Reverse this procedure to install the chassis into the sleeve.

When reassembling, check the following:

all assemblies are properly installed before installing the chassis into the sleeve.

ensure all exposed cables are dressed properly so the sleeve does not cause any damage to the cables.

To remove the acquisition board

1Do the procedure "To remove the chassis from the sleeve".

2Turn the chassis upside down.

3Disconnect the IEEE 1394 cable from the acquisition board.

4Using a Torx T-10 screwdriver, remove five screws that secure the probe shroud to the rear panel of the logic analyzer.

5Using a Torx T-10 screwdriver, remove one screw that secures the acquisition board to the chassis (center of the acquisition board).
