Assigning Classification Rules to Policy Profiles
Matrix E1 Series (1G58x-09 and 1H582-xx) Configuration Guide 8-21
Command Type
Switch command.
Command Mode
Read-Write.
Example
This example shows how to clear the policy map table response configuration:
8.3.2.10 set policy maptable
Use this command to map returned VLAN tunnel attributes to a policy profile index. When VLAN
authorization is enabled (globally and on ports being authenticated, as described in Section 8.3.2.7),
the policy map table can be used to authenticate a mapped policy profile index to a VLAN tunnel
attribute. If the policy maptable is zero for any VLAN entry, the maptable will not be used, and the
authentication will simply be to override the port VLAN for the duration of the authenticated
session.
