11.2.1.3 show logging console
Use this command to display the global logging state and the severity level at which logging
messages will display to the console port.
show logging console

Example
This command shows how to display console logging settings. In this case, logging is globally
enabled and the severity level is set to 8 so that debugging level messages will be shown on the
console. For an explanation of the command output, refer back to Table 11-1.
Facility Syslog facility that will be encoded in messages sent to this
server. Valid values are: local0 to local7.
Severity Severity level at which the server is logging messages.
Description Text string description of this facility/server.
Port UDP port the client uses to send to the server.
Status Whether or not this Syslog configuration is currently
enabled or disabled.
