Installing JDM on Windows from the CD

To access the JDM software from the installation CD:

Step Action

1Close all programs.

2Insert the software CD into your CD-ROM drive.

3From the Windows Start menu, choose Run. The Run dialog box appears.

4Use Browse to navigate to the drive where the CD-ROM is located.

5On the CD-ROM drive, locate the \Windows\Device Manager subdirectory.

6Double-click the jdm_xxxx.exe ﬁle.

ATTENTION

In the ﬁle name, xxxx represents the current version of the JDM software.

Continue with "Executing the JDM installation software on Windows" (page 105).
