Selecting a single object

To select a single object:

→Click the edge of the object.

The object is outlined in yellow, indicating that it is selected. Subsequent activities in Device Manager refer to the selected object.

Selecting multiple objects

For instructions on selecting multiple objects (such as ports or switches), see the following table:

To select a block of contiguous ports	Drag to select the group of ports
To select all ports	Choose Edit > Select > Ports

Viewing information about a GBIC port

To view information about a GBIC port, use the following procedure:
