1.16 Optional Device Features
b)Intercept Routing: Intercept
c)Outgoing Message (OGM): An outgoing message (OGM) will be sent to the caller. The message for busy/DND mode can be assigned for each outgoing message (OGM) which has a DISA floating extension number.
DISA Intercept Routing—No Answer
If a destination is not available to answer a DISA call within a preprogrammed time period (DISA Intercept time) ( DISA Intercept Time [211]) after the call is reached, the call will be redirected to the programmed destination by the Intercept feature (
Trunk Group Intercept Destination [470] or Extension Intercept Destination [604]).
If the intercept destination is not available to answer the call within a preprogrammed time period (DISA Disconnect Time after Intercept) after the DISA Intercept time expires, the call will be disconnected.
SMDR
The call information for DISA is recorded as the one of the DISA floating extension numbers. ( 1.25.1 Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR))
