
1.6 Memory Dialling Features
1.6.1.5Speed Dialling—Personal/System
Description
An extension user can make calls using abbreviated dialling for frequently dialled numbers which are stored in the PBX extension data, or the PBX system data ( System Speed Dialling Number [001]).
Personal Speed Dialling is also known as Station Speed Dialling.
Conditions
[General]
•Any number (e.g., telephone number, feature number) can be stored in a speed dialling number. A name can be assigned to each Personal Speed Dialling number through personal programming, and System Speed Dialling number ( System Speed Dialling Name [002]).
•Call
Display PT users can make a call by selecting stored names on the display.

•Personal Speed Dialling Display Lock
An extension user can lock the Personal Speed Dialling number display to prevent other users from viewing the number. In this case, the Incoming and Outgoing Call Log information displays are also locked. An extension personal identification number (PIN) is required to use this feature. ( 1.26.1 Extension Personal Identification Number (PIN))
[System Speed Dialling]
•TRS/Barring Override by System Speed Dialling
It is possible to override the TRS/Barring using the System Speed Dialling ( TRS/ Barring Level for System Speed Dialling [509]). (
