1.29.1 Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)

Description

Connecting a personal computer (PC) to this PBX (via a DPT with the USB Module, or via a Server PC on a LAN) enables extension users to make use of advanced features by using the stored data in the PC or in the Server PC.

There are two types of CTI as follows:

1)First Party Call Control

2)Third Party Call Control

1.First Party Call Control

A PC is connected to a DPT using a USB port (USB Module) attached to the DPT. The PC monitors the status of the DPT and controls the DPT.
