The Confirmation Services Report provides details for Confirmation Ser- vices pieces processed and uploaded via IntelliLink® Control Center. It prints the information on an envelope or strip of tape. When you select Confirmation Services from the "Select Report" screen, you can choose one of the following options:

View or print a specific record - You can scroll through the uploaded records one at at time. You can print to a tape or envelope.

Print receipts for last batch sent - If a tape is loaded, the system prints the receipts.

Print summary to attached printer - You must have an external printer attached.

Printed Report: System Printer

The report provides the following information about a piece of mail:

Barcode or package identification code.

Destination ZIP Code of the package.

The Postage by Phone® Meter Payment System account number.

Meter Serial number.

Date and time record was uploaded via IntelliLink® Control Center.

A fill-in space where the customercan write in the recipient and delivery address.

Printed Report: Attached Printer

The external printer version of the USPS Services Report provides the fol- lowing information for each package:

Package identification barcode.

Amount of postage used.

Class of mail for the package.

Type of Special Service used.

Destination ZIP Code.

Date package was uploaded via IntelliLink® Control Center.
