This section lists the circu it monitor’s predefinedalar m conditions.For each
alarm condition, thefollowing information is provided.
•AlarmNo.—a position number indicatingwhere an alarm falls in the list.
•Alarm Description—abrief description of the alarm condition
•Abbreviated Display Name—an abbreviated name that describes the
alarm condition,but is limited to 15 characters that fit in the window of the
circuit monitor’sdisplay.
•TestRegister—the register number that contains the value (where
applicable)that is used as the basis for a comparison to alarm pickup and
dropout settings.
•Units—theunit that applies to the pickup and dropoutsettings.
•Scale Group—thescale group that applies to the testregister’s metering
value (A–F). For a description of scalegroups, see “Scale Factors”on
page 91.
•AlarmType—areference to a definition that provides details on the
operationand configuration of thealar m.For a description of alarm types,
referto Table 6–4 on page 96.
Table 6–3 on page 94 lists thepreconfigured alarms by alarm number.
