Invalidsystem type Thecircuit moni tor is set up for a system type that the wiring te st
doesnot support.
Frequency out of range Actual frequencyof the system is not the same as the selected
frequency config ured for the circuit mo nitor.
Voltagenot presenton all phases No voltage metered on oneor more phases.
Severevoltage unbalancepresent Voltage unbalanceon any phase greaterthan 70%.
Notenough load to check wiring Meteredcurrent below deadbandon one or more phases.
Suspectederror: Check meterconfiguration fordirect connection Set up for voltageinput should be “No PT.”
Suspected error: Revers e polarity on all current in puts Checkp olarities. Polarities on al lC Ts could be reversed.
Phaserotation does not matchmeter setup Meteredphase rotation isdifferent than phase rotationselected in
thecircuit monitor set up.
Negative kW, check CT & VT polarities Meter ed kW is negative, which could indi cate swapped polarities
on any CT or VT.

HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, BURN,OR EXPLOSION
•Turn off all power supplyingthe circuit monitor and the
equipment in whichit is installed before working on it.
•Use a properly rated voltagetesting device to verify that the
power is off.
•Never short thesecondary of a PT.
•Never open circuita CT; use the shorting block to short circuit
the leads of the CT beforeremoving the connection from the
circuitmonitor.
Failure tofollow this instruction will result in death or
serious injury.
