Youcan upgrade the circuit monitor’sfirmware through any of these ports:
•RS-485 port
•RS-232 port
•Infraredpor ts on the VFD display
•Ethernet communicationscard
Todetermine the firmware version of the circuit monitor’soperating system
from the remotedisplay, do this:
Fromthe main menu, select Diagnostics > Meter Information.The
informationabout your meter displays on the Meter Information screen. Your
screen mayvary slightly.
Todetermine the firmware version overthe communication link, use SMS to
performa System Communications Test.The firmware versionis listed in the
firmware revision(F/ W Revision) column.
The Series 4000 CircuitMonitor can be configured to display text in various
languages.Language files are installed using the DLF-3000 software
applicaton.To obtain and use language files, referto the DLF-3000
documentation.
