REPLACING SUPPLIES AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning the PT charger of the primary transfer belt unit

If black or colored lines still remain after the document glass / automatic document feeder and main charger have been cleaned, use the PT charger cleaner to clean the PT charger.

Press the [POWER] key () on the operation panel to turn off the panel power, and then switch the main power switch to the off position.

Open the front cover and remove the toner collection container.

from the front cover Make sure that the cleaner at the tip of the cleaning tool is not dirty Pull out the replacement cleaner from the toner collection container Remove the dirty cleaner Attach the
