Placing a Call on Hold

You can use this function to place an active call on hold. The other party is informed that they are being placed on hold.

Prerequisite: You are in the middle of a call.

Press the Hold icon to place the call on hold. The Caller

Box now appears further from the Line.

Press the Reconnect icon to reconnect the call. The

Caller Box now appears closer to the Line.

You can place two calls on hold at the same time.

Transferring a Call

You can call another party and connect them with the current or held call party without consultation.
