To manage your telephone, you can have calls forward- ed to another telephone.
Prerequisite: The call forwarding function is active page 94.
Three types of call forwarding can be programmed us- ing the Forward menu:
•Unconditional
•On no reply
•On busy
Due to its immediate effect, the unconditional type of forwarding has a higher priority than the no reply and busy types. Calls that are being actively forwarded are displayed in the status list ( page 91). Please note that a key which has been assigned the call forwarding function provides a shortcut to the number to which calls are currently being forwarded.
If the administrator has activated the function for log- ging forwarded calls, these calls will be listed in the "Forwarded calls" log ( page 40).
