This glossary provides basic information required for performing configura- tion tasks on the optiPoint 410/420 advance S V7.0.

Append Codes
Append codes are control functions that are accepted at any position with- in the repertory dialing sequence.
The following options are available for selection:

Audible secure call indicator
If the function is activated, you hear an acoustic signal if the voice connec- tion is not secure.

Auto-Dial Timer
Timeslot (in seconds) between the last digit input and the start of the dial- ing procedure.
•Minimum value: 1
•Maximum value: 8
•Default value: 6

Call Forwarding Locked Destination
Enter the destination to which calls are to be forwarded when the tele- phone is locked (see also page 220).
