IPPATHID	= IUCV pathid
Flag 1	= IPFLAGS1
	= privilege flags
IPMSGLIM	= max. number of concurrent messages allowed on path
IPVMID	= user ID wishing to establish the connection
IPUSER	= 16 bytes of application-dependent data
	For the SCP, the first 8 bytes are the ‘ddname’ of the file to
	communicate with:
	‘SLSTLMS’ = tape management interface
