Step 3 Click Refresh. Performance monitoring statistics appear for each port on the card.

Step 4 View the PM parameter names that appear in the Param column. The PM parameter values appear in the Prev-ncolumns. For PM parameter definitions, refer to the “Performance Monitoring” chapter in the Cisco ONS 15600 SDH Reference Manual.

Note To refresh, reset, or clear PM counts, see the “NTP-F184 Change the PM Display” procedure on page 8-2.

Step 5 Return to your originating procedure (NTP).

	Purpose	This task provisions the physical access points and shell programs used to
		connect to the ONS 15600 SDH and sets the user security level that can
		clear node performance monitoring data.
