The terminal block specifications of the RS-232C/RS-422A converter unit are indi- cated here. For details on the method for making the connection cable, refer to “Making the Cable” (page 272).

Converter Unit Terminal Screws and Crimp Terminals

The terminal screws are M3 screws. Use M3 size crimp terminals. Tighten the ter- minal screws with a torque of 0.5 N·m.

Note	During wiring, crimp terminals must be used for connections.
