4-3 Operation Modes and the System Menu

The NT600S operates in either “RUN”, “Transmit”, or “Maintenance” mode. The operation modes can be switched by using the System Menu.

4-3-1 System Menu and the Operation Modes

Select an operation mode by pressing the corresponding touch switch in the Sys- tem Menu. The operation modes with respect to the System Menu are related to each other as shown below.

For the operations with the System Menu, refer to the “Operations with the System

Menu” (page 70).

The NT600S runs in this state. Controls from the PC/Host are enabled and various indications and I/O operations are made.

Screen data and other data are transmitted between the NT600S and a support tool.
