PRV-9000 Operating Instructions

4.6Slow-Motion Playback

After pausing playback of a DVD or Video-CD disc, use the Jog dial to control the direction and speed of slow-motion playback. The direction and speed is shown on the display. The picture quality is reduced during slow motion viewing.

Note: Video-CD only supports forward slow motion.

From the Remote Control:

To view a video segment or disc in slow motion, follow the directions below.

1.Begin playback of a disc.

2.Press the PAUSE button.

3.Turn the Jog dial to start slow-motion playback. Forward motion – turn clockwise

Reverse motion – turn counter-clockwise

4.Verify the selected direction and speed is shown on the display.

5.Press PLAY to resume standard playback.
