PRV-9000 Operating Instructions

When the Audio button is pressed, the current audio channel appears on the display. Pressing Audio again changes the audio playback channel to another setting. The three audio channels are as follows:

Stereo – dual output

Mono – single output

SAP – Second Audio Program

The following guidelines may solve unexpected sound issues.

Selecting SAP when the secondary signal is absent still provides the primary sound to play.

If the sound quality is poor when set to Stereo, change to Mono.

When setting to Dual Mono while using an external input port allows audio channel switching to just left, just right or both left and right.

4.2.3Displaying Program Titles & Channel Call Letters

Some broadcast stations transmit the program title and channel call letters with the production. To view this information, press the DISPLAY button. Once the information is on-screen, pressing DISPLAY again causes the displayed information to change.
