Command Description
The test command returns a list of quadruplets, each representing an operator present in the network . Any of the
formats may be unavailable and will then be an empty field (,,). The list of operators comes in the following ord er:
Home network, networks referenced in SIM, and other networks.
The read command returns the current <mode> and the currently selected operator. If no operator is selected ,
<format> and <oper> are omitted.
The write command forces an attempt to select and register the GSM netwo rk operator. If the selected operator
is not available, no other operator will be selected (except <mode>=4). The selecte d operator name format will
apply to further read commands (+COPS?), too.

Parameter is stored non-volatile to the SIM. Operator as per <format>. The numeric format is the GSM Loca-
tion Area Identification number which consists of a 3-digit country c ode plus a 2- or 3-digit network code.
