About This Docum ent

■Chapter 4, "Hardware Installation", describes the installation of the SID,

cables to the switch, and cables to the INTUITY syst em. This chapter only

contains information for installing the hardware components req uired f or

the integration.

■Chapter 5, "Installing SID Software on the INTUITY System", contains

instructions for installing the INTUITY syste m software required to

integrate with the NEAX 2400 switch.

■Chapter 6, "Administering the INTUITY System for the NEAX Int egration",

contains instructions for administering an INTUIT Y system to integrate with

the switch. The chapter includes instructions for setting the message

waiting lamp param eters, setting the switch interface parameters, and

associating the application and the swit c h interface.

■Chapter 7, "NEAX 2400 Switch Administration", contains information and

instructions for administering a NEAX 2400 MCI switch to work with an

INTUITY system.

■Chapter 8, "Switch Integration Device Administration", contains information

and instructions for administering the SID to work with the INTUITY

system.

■Chapter 9, "Acceptance Tests", provides instructions for the switch

administration you must perform be fore yo u c a n c onti nue wit h the

acceptance tests.

■Chapter 10, "Cut-to-Ser vice", provides instructions for the switch

administration you must perform bef ore you c a n c onti nue wit h

cut-to-service.

■Appendix A, "Troubleshooting and Error Logs", provides troubleshooting

information to help you isolate and correct integration problems.

■Appendix B, "Using Views During Integration", provides information about

the SID real-time views of the integration process.

■Appendix C, "Switch Ad ministration for INTUITY Lodgin g", provides switch

administration procedures if you have INTUITY Lodg ing.
