Método:

1.Coloque la masa sobre una superficie levemente enharinada. Divídala en tercios para formar 3 cuerdas (regulares de 10 pulgadas, grandes de 13 pulgadas) que disminuyan gradualmente hacia las puntas. Junte las 3 cuerdas por una punta y tréncelas. Una el otro extremo para asegurar la trenza.

2.Traslade la masa trenzada a la bandeja de hornear engrasada; cúbrala y en lugar tibio, déjela subir por 45 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño.

3.Combine los ingredientes del glaseado y úntelos a la trenza. Roceela con semillas de ajonjolí. Hornee a 375ºF/190ºC por 25 minutos o hasta que esté hecha.
