--minimum-access-time ndhms

Defines the minimum time (n) since file was last

-A ndhms

accessed for the specified operation.

 

The value can be specified in seconds (s), minutes (m),

 

hours (h), or days (d).

 

 

--minimum-write-time ndhms

Defines the minimum time (n) since file was last

-W ndhms

modified for the specified operation.

 

The value can be specified in seconds (s), minutes (m),

 

hours (h), or days (d).

 

 

--exclude-system

Excludes system files.

 

 

--exclude-hidden

Excludes hidden files.

 

 

--exclude-read-only

Excludes read-only files.

 

Note: The read-only attribute does not affect the behavior

 

of policies or the Explorer plug-in. FMA will migrate,

 

release, and recall read-only files and preserve the

 

attribute.

 

 

--exclude-archive

Excludes files with an active archive bit.

 

 

--exclude-compressed

Excludes files with an active compressed bit.

 

 

--ignore-files ignorefile

Excludes file ignorefile. Wildcards like * or ? can be

 

used.

 

 

--archive arc

Specifies the name of the archive where the file is stored.

-a arc

This parameter is mandatory for the migration command.

 

 

--archives arc1, ...

Specifies a list of archives with maximum 4 archives

 

(“arc1, arc2, ... arcn”)

 

 

--maximum-copies copies

Sets the maximum number of archive copies of a file.

-ncopies

 

 

 

--release

Releases the files after a successfully migration.

 

 

-Foutlist

Creates a file list (outlist) as output.

 

 

To define an operation, specify either an explicit file name or a file list that contains file names. If neither is specified, the FMACLI tries to read the file list from stdin.

Use UNICODE or UTF8 formats whenever possible. The OEM and ANSI formats are for compatibility reasons only and cannot display all character sets.
