Cropping the Paper You can crop the paper space of a drawing to remove unneeded space Space and objects around the floor. For example, if the drawing includes

parking lot information, you can easily remove the parking lot by cropping.

CAUTION: All objects that are outside the area you select to keep, are permanently removed.

To crop the paper space

1Access the floor plan in the Edit Content page.

2Click con the toolbar.

3Click and diagonally drag the cursor over the area you want to keep.

4Release the mouse button. A warning is displayed.

5Read the warning. To complete the crop, click Yes. To cancel the crop request, click No.

If you click Yes, all objects and paper space outside the area you selected are removed and the image is resized to fill the removed space.

The following figure shows the same floor plan as the previous figure after cropping the paper space.
