Drawing Floor You can use the Free Draw palette to add objects to your floor drawing Objects Manually that are not related to RF obstacles (for example, a conference room table).

The tools for drawing non-RF objects work the same as the tools for drawing RF objects, but the tools are different. To draw a non-RF object, use the tools in the Free Draw group box. To draw RF objects, use the tools in the Insert RF Obstacle group box. (See“Drawing RF Obstacles” on page 133.)

To draw an object

1In the Free Draw group box of the Edit Content page, click one of the following icons and draw the object as described:

(parallelogram)

Diagonally drag the cursor over the area where you want the circle to appear.

Diagonally drag the cursor over the area where you want the square to appear.

1Click at a vertex, and drag the cursor to the next vertex.

2Click again, and drag the cursor until the parallelogram takes the shape you want.

3Click to finish.

1Click at a vertex, then move the cursor to the next vertex.

2Repeat until the polygon takes the shape you want.

For a polygon with n sides, click n-1additional times at the vertices. For example, to draw a 7-sided polygon, click at 6 vertices.

3At the last vertex before completing the shape, Right-click to complete the polygon.

1Click at the start of the line.

2Drag the cursor to the end of the line.

3Click to finish.
