4If IGMP queriers are not on the subnet (for example, multicast routers), select Querier Enabled.

3Com recommends that you use the pseudo-querier only when the VLAN contains local multicast traffic that is not routed.

5In the Query Interval box, specify the interval (1 to 65,535 seconds) at which the WX switch sends general IGMP queries on behalf of multicast routers to advertise multicast groups. The default interval is 125 seconds.

6In the Other Querier Present Interval box, specify how long (1 to 65,535 seconds) the WX switch waits for a general query to arrive before making itself the querier. The default interval is 255 seconds.

7In the Query Response Interval box, specify how long (1 to 65,535 tenths of a second) a device can take to respond to an IGMP query. The default interval is 100 tenths of a second (10 seconds).

8In the Last Member Query Interval box, specify how long (1 to 65,535 tenths of a second) the WX switch waits for a response to a group query, after receiving a leave message for that group, before removing the group. The default value is 10 tenths of a second (1 second).

9In the Robustness Value box, specify the robustness value (2 to 255), which sets IGMP timers to adjust to the amount of traffic loss on the network. Set the robustness value higher to adjust for more traffic loss. The default is 2.

10To enable proxy reporting, which summarizes collected station IGMP reports, select Proxy Report.

11To enable multicast router solicitation, which allows the WX to discover multicast routers on the subnet, select Multicast Router Solicitation.

12In the Solicitation Interval box, specify the interval (1 to 65,535 seconds) between multicast router solicitations by a WX. The default interval is 30 seconds.

13Do one of the following:

„To configure static multicast ports, click Next to display the Member IGMP Setup page. (See “Configuring Static Multicast Ports”.)

„To close the wizard and save the changes, click Finish.
