Viewing Device Snapshots
The Services Router collects logs of the network and device status. In the event you need to
contact Linksys One support to troubleshoot a problem, the support engineer may ask you to
send them these logs for debugging purposes. Here’s how you do that:
Lines Shows assigned customer phone numbers
IPsec Tunnel for

Status of the IPsec tunnel
Dialplan Patterns Shows the current dialplan
Service Provider Description field from the default Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP)
defined for this brand on the Service Node
