
Refer to the following table for a description of the information displayed in the User Directory screen.

First Name and | The name of the user that is associated with an extension and used in the Auto |
Last Name | Attendant’s directory (for a user to be in the Auto Attendant directory, they |
| should have their name recorded in the voice recording), Local Directory on the |
| users’s phone screen, and that appears as the caller ID for internal calls. Both |
| name fields cannot be left blank, a name must be entered in at least the First |
| Name or Last Name field. |

Internal Number | The inbound trunk number assigned to the user. Inbound trunk numbers cannot |
| be changed on this screen, refer to the Users > Inbound Trunks screen for |
| inbound trunk definition. |
|
|
Unlisted | Prevents a user's first and last name from appearing in the Auto Attendant |
| directory and the Local Directory on the phone. |
|
|
To add a user:
1.Click Add User.
2.Add a first and last name for the user.
3.Click Commit.
To delete a user:
1.Click Delete in the row of the user to delete.
2.Click Commit.
To change a user’s name:
1.Add or change the first and last name of the user.
2.Click Commit.
