You can automatically configure IP over the network each time the print server is powered up by using BOOTP (Bootstrap Protocol) or DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).

If the print server does not receive its IP configuration within a couple of minutes, a default IP address is automatically assigned (until changed by another method): 192.0.0.192.
